The purpose of Youth Leadership is to see the next generation of leaders rise up with the support and prayers from their church family; to build on their leadership traits and potential by providing real-life ministry experience; establishing and strengthening Christ-centered friendships and a place where they can belong; and preparing students to confidently lead by example in their schools and communities Dates and Times: - Tuesdays nights from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. starting Tuesday July 5 to Tuesday August 30 - Also: Monday August 15 – Thursday August 18 (mornings) for VBS Kids Camp Students in both youth groups are invited: - Junior High Youth (ages 9-11) - Senior High Youth (ages 12-18) What to Expect Each Tuesday Night: - Jr. High: quick re-cap of the Sunday School lesson, assisting with VBS prep, learn about the VBS themes, practice dance/song actions, learn a puppet routine, create decorations, games - Sr. High: quick re-cap of Sunday Discipleship lesson, assisting with VBS prep, learn about the VBS themes, practice song actions/dance, create decorations, games Summer Youth Events: we plan to incorporate a couple fun events this summer - stay tuned for more details Registration not required for Youth Leadership, but if you could reply to this email to let us know if you're students are interested/will be coming to give us an idea, that would be really helpful No cost for regular youth leadership nights, but attending any events will have a fee Students are welcome to invite their friends – please share this with any other parents/students who may be interested Questions: talk to Pastor Nisha or Owen this Sunday, or email familyworshipoutreach@outlook.com
