Osmosis Jr. High (ages 9-13) is a high-energy party youth program that meets Wednesday nights (6:30 PM) at Courtice North Public School, located at 1675 Nash Rd in Courtice. At Osmosis we forget about the craziness of the world around us and create our own awesome party filled with sports, team activities and lots of laughs. Each night we take a moment to look at life's big issues, hot topics and questions. Let's face it...being a Jr. High isn't easy!
